IRVINE, Calif., May 9, 2006 - MyPrint Corporation today announced that Apria Healthcare, America's leading provider of integrated home healthcare products and services, has selected the company's proprietary, award-winning software application, eTools, to provide customizable marketing materials across the country.

Apria Healthcare will utilize MyPrint's technology-based print production, fulfillment and distribution solutions to access, edit, and order sales and marketing collateral. A unique and secure web portal will be developed, allowing field users from more than 475 national branches access to materials ranging from data sheets to Rolodex cards. They will be able to place online orders securely, efficiently and cost-effectively.

eTools will allow Apria's users to determine the appropriate quantity, delivery schedule and delivery method of all sales and marketing collateral, according to each user's needs. Its integrated accounting and reporting features also will enable Apria's corporate offices to maintain strict controls, while providing its field representatives tremendous flexibility in ordering marketing products.
