Mybar Printing and Eagle Source Graphics Complete Merger
Irvine, CA, March 21, 2003 - Mybar Printing, Inc. announced today the completion of a merger transaction with Eagle Source Graphics, an Anaheim-based print, direct mail and graphics management firm. Eagle Source, headed by Pam and Mike Devine, has been a leading provider of print related services to national corporations for more than 10 years. The Eagle Source operation will be merged into Mybar's Irvine headquarters facility. The merger supports Mybar's overall growth strategy of expanding its print related services for major corporate customers.
