Mybar Printing Continues Brand Development

Irvine, CA, September 17, 2004 - Mybar Printing, Inc. is pleased to announce effective September 22, 2004, it will change its name to MyPrint Corporation. Mybar Printing, Inc. has been Orange County's largest sheet-fed printing company for the past 10 years. Mybar Printing will remain a wholly owned division of the parent company. There will be no changes to the corporate structure or ownership.

Kent Barkouras, President and CEO, stated, "in conjunction with our continuing brand development we have decided to make a name change. The new name accurately reflects what we do for our customers. We offer more than print manufacturing. We offer complete 'print management'. Our capabilities include revolutionary web-based solutions, state-of-the-art print manufacturing, direct mail services, fulfillment, distribution and inventory management."

"MyPrint.com, a wholly owned division of MyPrint Corporation, offers web-based tools, called "eTools," that have been designed to address many different needs of print management. It is a system whose utility extends from the design and creative stage through the print production process, to fulfillment, distribution and inventory control", Barkouras said.

MyPrint.com has been in development over the past two years. National restaurant and healthcare companies are extremely satisfied with MyPrint's eTools which have contributed to improved marketing material management and cost-effectiveness. The online system currently serves over 1,700 restaurants nationally, and receives orders from over 5,000 healthcare providers throughout North America.

The company plans to formally launch MyPrint.com at the National POP Marketing show in Chicago on September 22, 2004. The company intends to roll out its eTools to the hospitality, healthcare, insurance, real estate, and financial service industries.
