Scott Lucas, Financial Services Senior Executive, Joins MyPrint Corporation as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy

IRVINE, Calif., November 7, 2007 - MyPrint Corporation today announced that Scott Lucas has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Lucas will drive the company's significant growth opportunities including the continued scale of the company's award-winning software application, eTools. Additionally, he will also be instrumental in ensuring the expansion of MyPrint's national footprint, which is on target for completion in 2008.

As a veteran of the financial services marketplace, Lucas previously served as Chief Equity Officer for AIM Capital Management where he was responsible for the growth, direction and daily operation of the Equity Group. Under his leadership, the company's equity assets grew from $16 billion to $106 billion. In addition, he supervised compensation and career development for 40 portfolio managers, analysts, and support personnel. Prior to AIM, Lucas spent over 12 years at Goldman Sachs and Co. as Vice President of Equities Division.

Lucas holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., and a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Chicago.

He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for Client Dynamics Inc. and Mobile Campus LLC, and serves on the boards of MyPrint Corporation and the Desert Special Olympics.

eTools is currently utilized by leaders in the healthcare, restaurant, financial and insurance services, travel, education, wholesale and non-profit industries. The software allows corporate personnel, franchisees, field sales and marketing representatives, real estate agents, distributors, and/or store managers to have the ability to customize and order a variety of branded materials and other related products easily and efficiently online.
